The Apricot & Cinnamon Tart was invented by one of my grandfather’s bakers. Cinnamon is added to our pastry before being filled with our own unique blend of sumptuous apricots. Once baked the tart is lovingly dusted with icing sugar. A real treat for any occasion.

Delicious pastry and crumbly apricot and cinnamon filling . Enough cinnamon to taste but not be overpowering. Ideal alternative for people who can’t enjoy the nut based fillings of the Ecclefechan and Border tarts.
