Apricot & Cinnamon Tart

The Apricot & Cinnamon Tart was invented by one of my grandfather’s bakers. Cinnamon is added to our pastry before being filled with our own unique blend of sumptuous apricots. Once baked the tart is lovingly dusted with icing sugar. A real treat for any occasion.
