We currently only accept orders through our website to UK postal addresses. If you wish to place an order for international delivery, please Contact Us with details of what you would like to order and we will get in touch with carriage costs.

Delivery is free within the UK for orders over £70 in value.

Orders below £70 will be subject to a £7.50 carriage charge.

Certain postcodes are subject to higher shipping rates which will be calculated when you enter your delivery address.

Depending on the size of your order, we either use Royal Mail 48hr tracked service or APC 24hr couriers. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed.

On all parcels we mark as “LEAVE SAFE”, therefore the delivery driver has the option to leave your parcel in an appropriate safe place on your property. If you would rather we did not do this, or you have a specific safe place please use the NOTES section when placing your order to let us know.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however please remember that we try to keep products as fresh as possible so may not have stock of all products at all times. We aim for you to receive your parcel within 8 days of placing the order. If for any reason it is delayed longer that this we will get in touch with you.

Returns

We take great pride in everything we do, so if you believe that something is not up to scratch, let us know and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns Policy

We always strive for perfection and our aim is for you to be delighted every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, here’s what we’ll do to put things right.

Damages

Your parcel will be carefully packed by hand by our experienced bakery staff, and we go to great lengths to ensure it will arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. But if your order is damaged in transit, please get in touch by phone on 01896 752508 or using the Contact Us page. Please do not return any item before having discussed the issue with us.

Delivery / Return Charges

If we agree that an item should be returned, whether it’s because of an error on our part or damage, we’ll refund all delivery charges incurred by you (both for the initial delivery and the cost of returning it). If you just change you mind, then return costs will not be refunded.

Cancelling an Item

You have the right to cancel your purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. This does not cover items specifically made for you, or food items that have an expiry date of up to 14 days after the date of despatch. When you send the item back, please package it securely.

If you’re returning items because of damage, an error on our part, or you’re not satisfied with the quality, in addition to a full refund, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the items back. For your protection, we ask that you use a Recorded Delivery service when returning items because proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please note, in all other circumstances, you would be responsible for the costs of returning items.
